Marangon Danilo & C manufactures brass inserts used in CPVC, PPSU and PVDF molding with threads from 3/8″ up to a maximum of 5″. On customer specifications and with following intervention of the company’s prototyping team, custom-made fittings can be made for all kinds of requirements.

Materials used
The materials used to produce brass inserts are sourced in Europe, to be precise they come from Germany and Italy. Marangon Danilo & C uses the best raw material manufacturers on the market today.
Some of the most used alloys are: CW614N (CuZn39Pb3), CW617N (CuZn40Pb2), CW602N (CuZn36Pb2As), CW511L (CuZn38As), CW510L (CuZn42), CW724R (CuZn21Si3P), CW727R (CuZn35Sn1P), eZeebrass.
Other materials
Marangon Danilo e & C srl’s production flexibility can work with other materials such as bronze with the following specifications
CC491K (CuSn5Zn5Pb5-C), CC499K (CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C) or RG+ (CuSn4Zn2PS).

Surface treatments
Brass inserts can be supplied either raw or with a nickel-plating surface treatment.
