The turning phase is supported by an up-to-date machine bay with 28 automatic multi-spindle mechanical and CNC lathes, and 10 automatic double-spindle CNC lathes. The lathes are supported by automatic plants that manage the lubricating oil and chips, giving high production efficiency.

Preliminary consultation and prototyping
Our professionals make a preliminary technical consultation on the client’s specific requirements, such that an operational choice can be made that saves time and costs.

Supported by cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art software, technical drawings can be made according to the customer’s specifications. Subsequently, the prototyping phase, essential for the success of the order, will be followed by specialized technicians until a quality finished product is obtained.
Heat Treatments
We are equipped with the most sophisticated machines to perform heat treatments such as Stretching and Annealing according to customers’ orders. Heat treatments are multi-cycle operations but the innovation we adhere to has reduced preparation time.
Galvanic treatments
Washing
The wash phase includes the use of two modified alcohol machines that use vacuum technology and ultrasound to clean. In this manner, they obtain constant and excellent cleaning and degreasing results. Both washing machines are served automatically by a robot that loads and unloads the trays holding the pieces to be washed. This system gives constant and efficient production.
Packaging & Delivery
The standard packaging phase takes place with an automatic machine that packs the loose pieces in cardboard boxes. Upon customer request, we can offer customized solutions, such as the packaging of individual pieces in bags or in dedicated blisters, which are then inserted into cardboard boxes.
Assembly & Other Services
The ductility of our company allows the acceptance orders for mechanical machining from the simplest to the most complex based on customer drawings and at the preliminary stage with prior consultation with our team.
